The Streets Dept. and the PSFS Building

I thought the Streets Dept. proposal on painting a mural on the back side of the PSFS Building in Philadelphia was a really interesting idea that I knew would cause excitement and controversy at the same time. It is still a great way to start a conversation about the arts and murals in Philadelphia.

So I asked Conrad Benner (the man behind the Street Dept.) if he could send me his picture of the PSFS so I could play with what some of my own art would look like on the building. I went a little bit crazy with it and tried to find art from different styles, genres and approaches through out my career to date. Here are a few ideas that I played with.
